Méthodologie générale

La clé d’un bon prompt, c’est d’être précis. ChatGPT ne sait pas grand chose du contexte dans lequel vous vous trouvez au moment où vous le sollicitez, par contre on peut lui faire jouer le rôle d’un expert dans le domaine qui vous arrange.

L’acronyme CRISP permet de retenir quelles éléments fournir :

• Capacity and Role: What role (or roles) should ChatGPT act as?
• Insight: Provides the behind the scenes insight, background, and context to your request.
• Statement: What you are asking ChatGPT to do.
• Personality: The style, personality, or manner you want ChatGPT to respond in.

Voici un exemple: rédaction d’une conférence

• Capacité: Agis en tant que chef de projet avec 20 ans d’expérience dans la réalisation de nombreux projets informatique.
• Rôle: Tu vas partager ton savoir en tant que confériencier.
• Insight (le contexte): L’audience qui assistera à la conférence: l’équipe de développement web. Elle est très familière du monde startup.
• Statement (la demande): Écris le plan d’une conférence sur SCRUM qui met l’accent sur les itérations courtes, la délivrabilité et la possibilité d’avoir des retours utilisateurs rapides.
• Personnalité: Fais cette présentation dans le style d’une conférence TED.

Il y a des sujets qu’on maitrise mal.

On peut ajouter le prompt qui suit au précédent pour que le bot pose des questions sur des points qu’on aurait pu négliger, comme le ferait un expert du domaine:

Pour orienter le ton de la réponse:

Voici un exemple qui assemble les 2 parties précédentes. Ca marche pour tout.

Avec cette approche, on peut même lui faire jouer un jeu de rôle:

Résumé d’articles

J’ai trouvé cet excellent prompt pour résumer des textes. Il est un peu long (donc on peut dépasser la limite de token sur les textes longs).

Pour les vidéos YouTube, le résultat est meilleur que les SaaS génériques ; on peut lui coller un transcript (meme généré automatiquement) et le laisser se débrouiller. Sur une vidéo courte (<10mn) on peut avoir un résultat potable.
